SHIPPING
At this time we only ship to locations within the United States and Canada and not to international locations. Extra shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. For shipments to Canada, we put the actual value of the item and disclose properly to customs. Please note that Longhorns Fan Shop will not classify items purchased as a "gift" to reduce customs fees. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax-
Longhorns Fan Shop resides in Texas and charges sales tax for merchandise purchased on this Web site by residents of Texas based on the applicable state sales tax rate.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at Longhorns Fan Shop. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt:
- Any item in its original condition and packaging.
- Any unopened video game, video game console or software item.
We will refund your money as long as your product meets the above conditions.
Holiday Return/Exchange Policy
We want to make it easy for you to use LonghornsFanShop.com for all your holiday gift-giving needs. That's why you have until January 7th to return or exchange items purchased on or after November 15th.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item in your order, we want to take care of the problem. Please call or email us and we will ship you a replacement item. We ask that you hold on to the damaged item and packaging for 10 business days in case the shipping company chooses to inspect the damage.
Collectibles Return Policy
If you're unhappy with a Collectible item, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges). However, due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that we can exchange or replace Collectible items.
